Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have Bachelor s degree and/or paralegal certificate is needed. Understands legal concepts and terminology related to intellectual property litigation is essential. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in litigation. Expertise in current versions of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and document management systems is needed. Facility and experience working with Microsoft Excel is essential. E-discovery experience with litigation support software (e.g., Concordance, Relativity) and aptitude for training on new system is needed. Excellent editing skills, attention to detail, conscientiousness, versatility, professionalism, reliability, and an ability to work well on a team and with personnel at all levels is essential. Strong organizational and communications skills (verbal and written) is needed.
