Attorney Part-Time The candidate should be an experienced litigator to draft civil litigation documents in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. Must have superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, clear and effective communication, a strong work ethic, with a proven ability to understand, synthesize, and persuasively communicate with Clients. Must be capable of drafting complaints, discovery, and deal with motion practice on a timely manner. Most communicate with clients timely and effectively and ideally attend court hearings and depositions but attending hearings is not a requirement. Active member of the Massachusetts State Bar required.
