Employment Law Attorney The candidate will assume a major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases. Assist with workplace investigations. Draft and respond to correspondence. Will have extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. The candidate should be admitted to and in good standing with the California bar. Must have 3 years of employment counseling and litigation law experience. Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience preferred. Should have ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial. Must possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
