Associate Attorney The candidate must be admitted to practice in the Central District of California, with 1-3 years of experience with federal litigation, preferably in copyright and/or other areas of intellectual property law. Must have experience using ECF/PACER, and be admitted to practice in Federal Court in California (Central District a must). Admission to other Federal Courts in California and other states (especially Florida, Georgia, Texas, Virginia, and/or Massachusetts) is a huge plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation ability, and time management are essential. Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and a Mac/PC. Should have superior legal research skills, attention to detail, and passion for excellent client service. Teamwork and independent work will be required, and work outside of normal business hours will be expected, from time to time.
