Patent Attorney / Agent Candidate will work on a variety of patent-related matters including patent prosecution, strategic portfolio development, licensing and assertion support, patent litigation support, and PTAB proceedings. Qualifications: An undergraduate or advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, applied physics, or other similar disciplines. Other degrees, such as life sciences or chemistry degrees, USPTO Registration. Admission to the California Bar. An excellent academic record. 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution. Patent litigation experience (as part of a mixed practice) is highly desired. Exceptional English written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical skills.
