Paralegal Asset Coordinator Duties: Be supporting force that empowers our team. Ensures the effectiveness of each Clients Estate Plan by working with clients, advisors, and institutions to align, verify and track assets in Continuing Care program. Manage the continuing care program in our Family and Business Counsel Plans. Plan and orchestrate work to ensure business priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices upheld. Organize and maintain Client asset summaries and track Client file timelines. Manage Client emergency health information cards and online document vaults. Review and verify assets and complete approved asset transfers. Manage Estate Plan Closings and meetings to execute other legal documents. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from a College or University. Prior legal secretary or paralegal experience. 10+ years work experience. 4+ years experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management. Superb verbal and written communication skills A" ability to assist in proof-reading work and to write a professional email or other correspondence. Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate and organize multiple projects at the same time. Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel). Able to identify and communicate where systems and processes can be improved. Professional demeanor. Strong moral/ethical principles and a strong desire to help people. Ability to confidently interact with clients, advisors, and institutions. Enjoys problem-solving and enjoys a challenge. Willingness to learn new systems, terminology, and technology. Team player who is flexible and adaptable.
