Attorney - Plaintiff Employment Litigation Associate The candidate will handle significant caseload. Ideal candidate should be an aggressive attorney with 2-3 years legal experience handling employment litigation. Ability to communicate in and understand Spanish is a plus. While the Firm represents employees, candidates with a defense background will be considered. Must be comfortable with a lead role at a small firm that works hard and treats every case like a team effort. Work directly with and learn from an attorney with over 25 years of legal experience. Will be given significant responsibility including taking depositions, defending depositions, attending law and motion hearings and second chairing trials. Upon hiring, training will be extensive and opportunity for expanding responsibility will be present.
