Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for working on civil litigation, personal injury and workers compensation matters. Provide comprehensive litigation support, including: Gather, analyze, and organize factual information to support case management. Assist in preparation for trials, depositions, and mediations. Draft and review correspondence, discovery and pleadings, etc. Interact and communicate with clients, firm personnel and opposing counsel. Work independently and prioritize work load in order to meet case and/or court imposed deadlines. And perform other duties as assigned. Undergraduate degree or Paralegal Certification preferred. Must have 2-5 years of experience working in litigation and personal injury.
