Legal Secretary The candidate will perform complex editing, redlining, and formatting of various legal documents, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations. Research and obtain information, facilitate the completion of various forms and processes, and other administrative tasks, such as calendaring, assisting with time entry, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The candidate must be a highly skilled legal secretary with 4+ years of experience to support 3-4 attorneys. Experience in transactional and/or real estate is preferred. Must be proactive and have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to use good judgment in handling administrative tasks in a timely manner. Must have attention to detail, solid computer proficiencies, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and problem solve; proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, document compare software, superior proofreading ability, and typing speed of 65 words per minute with high accuracy.
