Associate Attorney The candidate' must have excellent law school grades and will have taken classes in intellectual property and transactions related to the music industry. Ideally a year or two of relevant practice or, in the case of a recent graduate, relevant clerkship experience, is a plus. Candidates must have membership in good standing with the TN bar or, for recent graduates, are preparing to sit for the bar this Summer. Working knowledge and familiarity with contract law, entertainment business practices, and legal trends as they relate to the music and entertainment industries is helpful. Ideally should have a year or two of relevant practice or, in the case of a recent graduate, relevant clerkship experience, is a plus.
