Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Drafts legal correspondence, pleadings, notices of claim, bills of particulars, preliminary conference requests, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas and files notes of issue under the direction of supervising attorneys. Understands the CPLR and Personal Injury Law. Maintains hard files and electronic files. Strong oral and written communication skills. Spanish Speaking a plus. Personal Injury Knowledge is required and Matrimonial Knowledge is a plus. Should have 3 years of experience.
