Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of a caseload to include prompt client communication, drafting letters to clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, filing court documents, representing clients before unfair labor practice proceedings, representing employees in wage and hour class actions, deposition preparation, mediation, arbitration, trial, drafting appeals, and settlements. Should preferably have excellent academic credentials and 2+ years of labor and employment law experience. Experience in other areas of law may suffice. Strong writing and research skills are required. Knowledge of local, state and federal labor codes are essential.
