Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support a very busy legal practice and requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently. Must have a strong background in litigation process and procedure, and a minimum of 2 years experience in the following: Insurance defense litigation. WordPerfect and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Drafting pleadings and correspondence. Records requests, review, and organization. Drafting discovery responses. Noting/Scheduling depositions/expert reviews. E-filing. Trial preparation.
