Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should be able to handle all aspects of residential transactions from file opening through post closing. Should be organized, self-motivators who can multi-task and work independently with minimal guidance from attorneys. Must be able to handle commercial transactions with some oversight from attorney's. Prior experience with PCLaw is a plus. Must have previously experience with on-line title policy generation and TRID/Closing disclosure preparation.
