Immigration Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of family and business-based immigration including EB-5's and more complex family-based cases. Should have 3 years of experience in family or business-based immigration. Must have a license to practice law in any U.S. state. Must be an excellent writer and researcher and able to handle a high-volume case load. Must be personable, detail oriented, enjoy talking to clients, and enjoy the intellectual challenges of tough cases. Will analyze a foreign national's situation and devise the best immigration strategy. Review documents and cases prior to submittal. Draft more complex cover letters and responses to any Request For Evidence. Supervise paralegal(s) and review their work. Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly. Stay current on law changes and new USCIS memos. Have a desire to help out wherever is needed.
