Tax Attorney The candidate will be working directly with the principal attorney and clients to resolve their tax matters. Will be having their own cases and the ability to work with the principal on other matters. Be working on cases including IRS Collections, Employment Tax, Audits, State Tax Issues, and Criminal matters. Should possess experience in tax controversy. Preferred to have an LL.M., CPA, EA, or other accounting experience. Must be Barred with an attorney license.
