Litigation Attorney The candidate will draft/review substantive pleadings and motions. Respond to motions and discovery. Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients. Must have stellar academic credentials and 1+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense and trial experience preferred. Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. Should have strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. Should have a desire to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm. The ability to provide excellent customer service to the clients, with a client-first mindset, and work in a fast-paced evolving environment is needed. Must be highly organized, with a clear and concise communication style. Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals. Must be competent and proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
