Attorney Recruiting Coordinator The candidate will coordinate all aspects of the entry-level and lateral attorney interview processes including developing interview rosters, interview support documents and aggregating feedback. Screen incoming resumes from attorney recruiting inboxes, headhunters and internal referrals and process to appropriate recruiting team members. Conduct research projects and compile candidate briefings. Process candidate conflicts questionnaires and work with the conflicts department to ensure candidates clear conflicts prior to interviews. Prepare draft offer letters. Provide event logistical support for the summer associate program and attorney interview events. Oversee the maintenance of and data integrity of the firm's applicant tracking system. Organize local information for firm-wide legal recruiting projects (i.e., online summer associate directory, annual NALP forms, firm-wide summer events, AmLaw and Vault surveys). Track and assist with analysis of results of Summer Associate Program class outcomes to create meaningful data for a better understanding of future success factors. Market current attorney openings as directed by department management. Manage the firm's Instagram account in conjunction with the Marketing Department. Provide overflow support to the Attorney Talent Management Department as needed. Other duties as assigned. The candidate should have 2-3 years of professional experience preferably in legal recruitment or law school career services. Bachelor's degree required. Prior legal recruiting experience with the ability to manage to source and hire law students and lateral associates. Experience with on-campus recruiting, callbacks and summer associate programs is strongly preferred. Proven ability to assist with and execute a variety of logistical and administrative functions and processes. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform a variety of complex and diverse tasks involving independent judgment and critical thinking skills. Possess the ability to handle sensitive issues in a personable, tactful, and organized manner to ensure collaboration and coordination among practice areas, offices and administrative departments. Ability to work in a professional and collegial manner with applicants, attorneys, administrative staff and outside vendors and contacts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with ViDesktop, Firm Prospects and LinkedIn is a plus.
