Legal Secretary/Law Clerk Job Description Law Firm is currently seeking a Legal Secretary/Law Clerk to join the team. The ideal candidate should have experience in a law firm setting, strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, and the ability to draft correspondence and templates. Job Duties The Legal Secretary/Law Clerk will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: * Client intake * Coordinating attorney's calendar with receptionist * Scheduling clients * Communication with clients - over the phone or through email or written letters as well as in person * Client relationship cultivation and service * Administrative tasks (scanning files, making copies, e?mail communication, and answering phones) * Generally keeping the office organized and tidy.
