Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be maintaining case files (electronic and paper records). Will be providing litigation support to multiple attorneys. Scheduling meetings, hearings, depositions and mediations for multiple attorneys. Should have 4+ years of litigation and trial experience preferably in insurance defense field. Familiarity with litigation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent writing and communication skills is needed. Familiarity with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure is advantageous. Communication with clients, judicial assistants, other attorneys and staff is advantageous. Preparation of legal documents, correspondence, trial exhibits, presentation materials for hearings and mediations are advantageous.
