Healthcare Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: due diligence, drafting governance agreements, including shareholders agreements, operating agreements, and bylaws; review of service agreements and vendor contracts; and performing research and analysis. Must have 3+ years of healthcare experience. Should have familiarity with compliance programs and training presentations with ability to draft manuals, policies and procedures, codes of conduct; and research and guidance in connection with internal audits and self-disclosures. Knowledge of NY Public Health, Education, Mental Hygiene and Social Services Laws, HIPAA, Stark Self-Referral Law & Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare& Medicaid required.
