Mid-Level Associate or Staff Attorney The candidate must have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar. Should have two or more(2+) years of transactional experience and/or financial regulatory experience focused on credit transactions obtained at a law firm, bank or other lending platform. Must have experience representing lenders or borrowers in commercial or consumer financing transactions. Drafting and negotiating lending and finance documents. Organizing and coordinating transaction closings. Familiarity with UCC searches and filings. Representing lenders on product development projects, including drafting and/or reviewing forms of financing documents. Research and analysis on regulatory matters related to licensing, privacy and/or data sharing matters relevant to lenders. The ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects is essential. Must have strong interpersonal, analytical and writing skills as well as solid academic credentials.
