Personal Injury / Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: drafting pleadings, facilitating discovery, corresponding with clients and opposing attorneys, conducting legal research, managing court docket calendar, retrieving and assembling medical records, maintaining contact with insurance companies and trial preparation. Must have 5+ years of experience, who can manage cases from inception through trial. Knowledge of Word and Outlook is needed. Experience with Needles is a plus.
