Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation Paralegal. Proficiency in applying the court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts required. Experience drafting pleadings, discovery and routine correspondence required. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people required. The ability to anticipate attorney needs, identifying problems and finding solutions required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high volume workload required. Experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems; and A team-first attitude required.
