Should have significant experience defending companies in California. Should have taken and defended depositions of parties and experts. Should have argued motions at hearings. Must have experience drafting and responding to written discovery and dispositive motions. Prefer candidates with bad faith and premises liability experience. Must have experience preparing witnesses. Should have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
