Associate Attorney RESPONSIBILITIES: Counseling alcohol beverage manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers on compliance, licensing, customs, labeling, advertising and promotional strategy. Advising the trade vis- -vis federal and state rules and regulations. Drafting importing, manufacturing and distribution agreements. Communication with federal and state regulatory agencies. Develop and maintain client relations. Review and research federal and state compliance, regulatory, advertising, labeling, and shipping laws related to alcoholic beverages and related commodities in order to provide guidance to clients. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of legal experience. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability. Keen attention to detail.
