Associate Attorney The candidate must be licensed in the State of Ohio with a minimum of 1 year of experience. (Salary will be commensurate with experience. License in WV is a plus. License in the Southern Federal District Court of Ohio is a plus.) Must be able to manage multiple cases and provide excellent work product and client service. Must be able to work independently in all areas of litigation practice. This includes draft initial pleadings, handle all areas of discovery, draft motions and handle all aspects of trial preparation. Must have Courtroom experience. Must have good people skills and enjoy working with clients. Fostering relationships and excellent communication skills are a must. Must enjoy a fast paced work environment. Must be able and willing to travel to court hearings around the State of Ohio.
