Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work with on a team with other Paralegals, attorneys, and legal assistants. Responsibilities and duties include drafting discovery responses, various motion responses, initial disclosures, witness lists, reviewing and summarizing PIP claims files. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail a must. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced office environment, perform well under pressure, and be a team player. Technological proficiency, including case management software experience, a plus.
