Associate Attorney - Professional Liability The candidate must have 3 years of experience. Experience necessary in State Courts for working on professional liability cases and complex legal research experience. Research attorney experience a plus. Must also have ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting discovery and pleadings. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a track record of insightful research and persuasive writing abilities. We are looking for candidates who can assume immediate responsibility and are willing to work as an integral part of a collaborative team. Must also have ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings. JD from an accredited law school are required. Licensed to practice in California, 3 to 5 years of experience in professional liability, Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
