Real Estate Closer & Probate/Trust Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of title/closing experience. In this role, the closer will support real estate and associate attorneys in the drafting of probate/ trust documents, loan and title documents for closings, settlement statements, closing disclosures, funding/ disbursements and issuance of title insurance policies. Canidate must have the ability to take a file from contract to post-closing completion through issuance of policy with no assistance. Knowledge of Qualia software a plus. Health Insurance/ Disability Insurance & Accident Insurance provided. Should have high level of responsiveness in all communication with attorneys and clients are required. Attention to detail, effective, timely, land appropriate interaction with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors and attorneys are required. Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment are required.
