Attorney The candidate must be well organized, reliable and highly motivated. Should have 3+ years experience practice from pleadings to trials in the Supreme Court. Foreclosure experience is a plus; and/or 3+ years title experience, including review of title reports to identify title defects, identifying valid liens on property and to provide legal strategy for resolution. Must have strong negotiating skills, excellent communication and computer skills. Must be admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of NY and/or NJ.
