Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will be handling immigration specialties, with potential increased practice areas in the firms practice. Represent clients before Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Administrative Appeal Office, State Court, and Federal Courts. Handle variety type of cases from family, employment, humanitarian and litigation. Work with the team of paralegal, law clerk, attorneys and partners to ensure the highest quality of legal service for our clients. Promptly respond to clients by email, phone or face-to-face meetup. Must have excellent computer skills and proficient use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Reader. Should have 2-3 years in immigration practice or litigation practice. Must have J.D. degree or LL.M degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of Georgia Bar (or another state in the U.S.). Ability to manage 100+ ongoing cases and complete them timely required. A second language is a plus.
