Temporary Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be actively managing case progress to make sure the attorney and client are on track to meet deadlines. Taking the lead on communication with clients regarding document collection. Drafting support letters based on case strategy provided by the attorney. Meticulously proof-reading forms. Keeping clients up-to-date with case milestones. Preparing and assembling physical filings. Printing and mailing petitions (We will provide you with a professional printer for your home office or a coworking space with printer near your home.). Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years of experience with non-immigrant visas and PERM.
