Paralegal - Litigation The candidate's primary responsibilities include summarizing deposition transcripts; preparing medical chronologies and analyzing medical records; preparing appropriate pleadings; and preparing exhibits for trial. Should preferably have prior paralegal experience and/or experience working with medical records and strong writing skills. A four-year college degree is preferred.
