Litigation Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will manage a large caseload of files, preparing cases for arbitration, mediation and trial, timely discovery responses, and quality customer service through communication with clients regarding updates and questions. Should have 2+ years of personal injury experience. Must be capable and comfortable working without supervision. Spanish speaking is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a paralegal in immigration, personal injury practice is a requirement.
