Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate' will handle cases in both State and Federal Courts all over the country. The right candidate will be given significant responsibility including motions, depositions, all aspects of discovery, expert witnesses, case management and development of trial strategy. If you are an attorney with 2 or more years of litigation experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we offer a chance to further your career and trial skills by taking depositions, attending hearings, and developing and executing litigation strategy on cases.
