Attorney Resources and Development Manager Duties: Supports the Director of Attorney Resources and Development in all aspects of human resources and development functions for attorneys in the Office. Responsible for executing matters relating to attorney employment (other than recruitment) and human resources services offered to attorneys; ensuring excellence in administrative services to attorneys joining or leaving the Firm; providing primary administrative assistance and support for all phases of attorney employment functions from hire through termination. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. An advanced degree in related fields like Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development is preferred. Must also have experience dealing with an Attorney population including bar exam processes, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to act in a professional manner at all times with a high degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks. Ability to work under pressure with interruptions and tight deadlines. Ability to use independent judgment, problem solve, take initiative, and follow through. Must have a strong customer-service orientation and be a strong team player. Ability to get work done through others. Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy. Must have ability to work with minimal supervision on many tasks and flexibility to work beyond the standard work hours as needed.
