Business Immigration Attorney The candidate should be licensed attorney with several years of experience. This position is primarily responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the preparation of various employment-based immigration petitions, including leading strategy development discussions, client communication, support staff management and timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Preferred experience: 2+ years of current or recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). Must possess a J.D. and be licensed or eligible to become licensed in any U.S. State. Must have a commitment to hard work as well as excellent writing, communication, organizational and case management skills.
