Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing. Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing. Bilingual in Spanish is required. 1+ year minimum experience in immigration law in the following areas: Family or Removal Defense. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Experience in using legal software is a plus.
