Biotechnology Patent Attorney The candidate must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and have 3+ years experience prosecuting patents in the areas of molecular biology, molecular genetics, and biochemistry with agricultural or medical applications of biotechnology. Must have extensive experience with patent prosecution, including independent drafting specifications and responding to office actions in these art units. An undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in life sciences or biology is required, with PhD is strongly preferred.
