Employment Law Attorney Candidate will be performing legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, and drafting of position statements and dispositive motions, employee handbooks, policies, etc. Will be expected to perform all the duties of a traditional law firm attorney. Requirements JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Massachusetts and Maine. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 3+ years of labor and employment experience, preferably at a law firm but in-house experience will be considered. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class). Schedule: 20 30 hours a week
