Senior Associate Attorney The candidate will be prosecuting cases from start to finish. Conducting and/or defending depositions. Court appearances. Performing legal research and brief writing. Interviewing experts. Should have a JD from an accredited law school. Should have 2+ years of experience in litigation. Should have the ability to manage and prosecute cases, and excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Admission to California Bar is needed. Excellent communication skills are needed. Should be a self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks. Should have the ability to manage and prioritize large and complex case-load.
