Collections Associate Attorney The candidate will prepare and litigate foreclosure cases for the collection of community association assessments. Ideal candidate should have condominium or home owner association related experience and either currently live or have lived in a community association with board member experience preferred. Should have exceptional organization, proactive work ethic, strong academic credentials, advanced technological skills, ability to work well under pressure, meet constant deadlines, and have a commanding public speaking presence at frequent meetings.
