Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience. Will be working on a wide variety of matters for the firms trade association, charitable, and other nonprofit clients. Work will consist largely of research, legal analysis, drafting of memos and opinions, and reviewing leases and contracts. Willingness to work hard in a team-oriented setting, but with independence and ownership of projects. Experience in nonprofit or association law ideal. General business law or benefits/pensions experience also welcome. Significant client contact.
