Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform high-quality billable work and expertise in assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong technical and database skills. Must have knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas. Document management experience is essential. Must have knowledge of state and Federal court rules, as well as working knowledge of eFiling. College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent is essential. Must have 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Must have 3+ years of experience in the areas of product liability, general tort, insurance defense, and premises liability. Must have experience reviewing and summarizing medical and other related records, summarizing depositions, as well as strong document management experience. Strong knowledge and experience with drafting discovery and subpoenas a must. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have strong technical and database skills and possess pre-trial and trial experience. Should be highly skilled and proactive litigation paralegal.
