Discovery Attorney The candidate will manage projects in a fast paced, demanding environment. Duties include all phases of discovery, including the collection, search, review, analysis and production of information in matters; creating and counseling on discovery policies, such as those around preservation; and generally developing and counseling clients on discovery strategy and related issues. Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience with complex discovery and document review projects using a variety of e-discovery technologies. Should have strong organization and communication skills. Candidates must be a current member, in good standing, of the New York Bar. Local candidates with immediate start availability are strongly preferred.
