Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate must be able to handle PI cases independently through the trial with minimal or no supervision. Civil cases experience will be given priority. The candidate will handle heavy court appearance; Negotiation, depositions, arbitrations, and trials; Client strategies advice, case analysis, legal research; Drafting legal documents including all stages of discovery, and trial work; Managing monthly caseload. Must be Nevada licensed attorney. 3 years of trial experience in personal injury cases/ civil litigation is required. Strong experience with motions, discoveries, depositions, trial preparations,and trials. Excellent negotiation skill required. Good communication/written/research skills. Knowledge of Federal/Local Court rules. Computer savvy. Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment. Ability to handle heavy caseload and moving cases forward to meet the deadlines. Good work ethic and attendance.
