Insurance and Financial Services Staff Attorney The candidate will skill set to jump in and assist deal teams immediately. Work primarily on capital markets transactions with a focus on the insurance industry. Draft, review, and revise agreements, ancillary documents, and opinions with guidance from more senior lawyers. Manage closings and provide efficient and professional support to more senior lawyers. Perform due diligence and legal research. Must have strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, efficient project management skills, ability to achieve continuous improvement and development, and resilience under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines are required. Experience in capital markets transactions is preferred. Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.
