Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with basic administrative duties, legal drafting, legal research, document management, and good client service. General administrative duties including answering phones, greeting clients, calendar hearings, organize case files, manage logistics. Electronically file various documents with the court in various counties. Basic client intake and various investigative duties including gathering relevant information from a variety of sources. Draft and aid attorneys with correspondence, case reports, and legal documents. Prepare and process communication such as memos, emails, e-signing, reports, and other correspondence. The candidate should have Litigation experience of 2 years'. Personal injury litigation experience of 2 years is preferred. Proven experience as a litigation paralegal needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of legal documents, evidence, court rules, procedures, and practices, and an understanding of how to research court rules and requirements in various counties required. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel and general computer skills, and database experience. Experience with Filevine Practice Management is a plus. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with attention to accuracy with the ability to adjust quickly and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced firm. Should have the ability to maintain a high caseload and maintain client confidentiality. Team player, dependable, people-orientated, adaptable, and flexible needed. Note: Urgently hiring.
