Paralegal - Collections The candidate will join litigation team. Knowledge of the Nevada Code of Civil Procedure and Pleading and Practice with regard to Summons and Complaint preparation and filing, settlement agreement/Stipulation preparation, basic discovery and law and motion, is necessary. Post-judgment execution form preparation and filing is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Must be computer proficient in Word and Excel with at least basic knowledge of programs such as legal solutions and/or Hot Docs, i.e. Judicial Council Forms.
